Empowering historically excluded communities for a bright future in business.

Middlebury Diversity in Business

With a mission of empowering diverse students, Middlebury Diversity in Business — MiddDIB for short — is a hub for Middlebury College students of color to connect with mentors, learn about opportunities, and get access to additional diversity programs. With countless firms seeking a more diverse workforce, we recognized an information gap between organizations and the minority community. Through Middlebury Diversity in Business, we plan on making various career opportunities more accessible to diverse individuals, regardless of their background, and to make a positive impact in the business industry.
