    The Lime Connect Fellowship Program is a hidden gem – a 5-day professional development experience in New York City. Open to current sophomores with disabilities, the Fellowship Program includes a boat cruise, a suite at the Marriott, and networking events with firms like Goldman Sachs, Google, and Bloomberg. Best of all, I learned how to navigate my disability in a professional setting along 25 other Fellows – some of whom are, and will remain, my closest friends. I cannot recommend this experience enough.

    Being a part of the Recalc Finance Accelerator Program helped me expand my connections and provided me with the opportunity to learn from successful industry professionals as well as Recalc Accelerator alumni who are always willing and available to help in any way that they can. I joined the Recalc community with very limited knowledge but through their technical training, I was able to develop a strong accounting foundation and learn how to analyze a business and build financial models. Recalc is an amazing community of supportive peers and mentors and I would highly recommend this program to anyone interested in pursuing a career in finance.

  • Words on Girls Who Invest

    The Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Program was a prestigious four-week program at the University of Pennsylvania. We learned topics ranging from business etiquette, Private Equity LBO models, and unlevered DCFs. At the conclusion, each student, in a group of five, would pitch a company to the most well-known analysts, Vice Presidents, and directors at the top investment banks. The program also provides an opportunity to network with the most incredible people on the buy side. Since graduating from the program, the career development employees at Girls Who Invest have helped me find wonderful internships and opportunities. Highly recommend!

  • HeadStart

    HeadStart

    The HeadStart Fellowship is a free student-led mentorship program designed to give high-achieving college students a head start on their professional and personal development. The program provides students with exposure to professional opportunities and guidance within the technology, finance & consulting fields.

  • O4U (Out for Undergrad)

    O4U hosts four annual conferences — business, marketing, tech, and engineering. O4U’s conferences are designed to help LGBTQ students develop as leaders and individuals. Via a series of learning modules, students are guided through the cultivation of industry-specific skills, the development of coaching relationships, and discussions centered around being LGBTQ-identified in the workplace. PS: you don’t have to be out to apply!

  • Access Distributed

    The AD fellowship program is a year-long extracurricular program alongside students’ fall and spring classes. It is designed to give diverse students a leg up in entering the finance industry. With the exception of one mandatory in-person bootcamp, the entire AD fellowship is conducted remotely, using technology leveraged by distributed teams.

    By empowering and equipping Black women in quantitative sciences, The Sadie Collective addresses the pipeline and pathway problem in economics, finance, data science, and public policy through curated content creation, programming, and mentorship.

  • The Minority Network

    The Minority Network is a hub for individuals to connect with mentors, learn about opportunities for them, and get access to additional diversity programs. Through The Minority Network, we plan on making various career opportunities more accessible to minority individuals, regardless of their background.

    The Rising Financial Leaders Mentorship Program is The Minority Network's premier financial services education program that introduces high school seniors and college freshmen to various career opportunities within financial services over the span of 8 weeks.

  • BTG (Bridge the Gap)

    BTG is committed to increasing representation in the business community and providing our students with unprecedented economic opportunities. BTG works to increase diversity in the business community by identifying, cultivating, and connecting future BIPOC business leaders.

  • Lime Connect

    Lime Connect is rebranding disability through achievement; leading the way as the premier resource for top talent by attracting, preparing, & connecting high-potential university students and professionals who happen to have all types of disabilities for scholarships, leadership programs, internships and full time careers with our corporate partners - the world's leading corporations.

    Girls Who Invest offers two fully-subsidized education programs in investment/asset management for students from any major enrolled in or transferring to an accredited four-year U.S. or U.S style college or university.

    The JumpStart Advisory Group (JSAG) specializes in identifying and developing highly skilled diverse professionals who possess the expertise, experience and academic credentials for today’s competitive market. JumpStart Advisory Group fills a critical network gap in connecting a talented diverse workforce to career progression opportunities with companies representing key industries and functions.

  • SEO (Sponsors for Educational Opportunity)

    SEO Career recruits and trains high-achieving Black, Hispanic, and Native American college students for challenging summer internships that lead to coveted full-time jobs. What sets us apart is a combination of coaching, training, exposure, high standards, and a powerful, lifelong alumni network.

  • MLT (Management Leadership For Tomorrow)

    MLT’s Career Prep (CP) program provides sophomores with a winning professional playbook, 20 months of one-on-one coaching, and an accelerating network of 9,000 MLT Rising Leaders. Career Prep provides general programming across a variety of industries, including financial services, corporate management, and consulting.

    Jopwell is a diversity hiring startup that helps companies connect with and recruit Black, Latino, and Native American candidates for jobs and internships. Jopwell has in the past helped Midd students secure internships in companies like Citi Bank, Deloitte, and KPMG.

  • Inroads

    The INROADS Internship Program works at the college level to prepare talented diverse students across the country for corporate readiness with business soft skills, real world leadership development activities, academic and career support, and an opportunity for a paid internship. Our rigorous career development training process will challenge you to commit to excellence and raise the bar on your personal expectations.

    The Financial Services Institute is a 10-week immersive training program held in the spring, focused on building financial industry competencies among self-identified Black college sophomores across the country.

  • HACU (The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities)

    The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) represents more than 450 colleges and universities committed to Hispanic higher education success in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Latin America and Spain. Thousands of young Hispanics benefit from HACU internships, scholarships, college retention and advancement programs, pre-collegiate support, and career development opportunities and programs. Their “Grow With Google” Career Readiness Program provides semester-long virtual and in-person workshops, free educational tools for students, and continued support for recent alumni to help them prepare for their next internship or land their next job.

    BLK Capital Management, LLC is a 100% black-owned and student-run hedge fund that focuses on educating our members by exposing them to the field of active investment management. We are a long/short equity fund that employs our capital across the globe delivering absolute returns and seeking to outperform industry standards.

    BLK Capital Management and Roark Capital are excited to open applications for the Roark Investment Fellowship. The Fellowship is a year-long program for sophomore students who identify as Black interested in learning about careers in investment banking and private equity directly from current industry professionals.
